Membership Fees

FOR 2008/2009 SEASON 

Dolphins (5-6yrs) - $50

Juniors (7-12yrs) - $60

Cadets (13-15yrs) - $60

Active Juniors (13-17yrs) - $55

Active Seniors (18yrs+) - $55

Associate (18yrs+) - $40

Family (max 4 people) - $195 ($25 for each extra)

Surf Cap Levy - $7 (new members only 5-15yrs)

Building Fund Levy - $5 pp or $20 per family (no limit)

If a member starts as an Associate and obtains an Award (e.g. Surf Rescue Certificate or Bronze Medallion) to become an Active Senior, an extra $60 is payable to cover training and administration costs (ie Membership Fee $15 and Training Manual $45), however, should you achieve this award within 3 months, there will be a refund of $20 towards your manual.

Children must have turned 5 yrs of age by 30 Sep 2008 to be eligible for registration.  A parent or guardian must remain on the beach at all times for children under 16 yrs of age and must be a financial member (e.g. an Associate). 

One form per person ie 1 for everyone in the family joining. Each form must be filled out at the back of the white form only (for insurance purposes). Anyone under 18yrs of age must also be signed at Point 8 by a parent or legal guardian and at the back of the white form.
