Membership Fees

FOR 2009/2010 SEASON 

Juniors (5-12yrs) - $65

Cadets (13-15yrs) - $65

Active Juniors (13-17yrs) - $60

Active Seniors (18yrs+) - $60

Associate (18yrs+) - $45

Family (max 4 people) - $200 ($30 for each extra)

Surf Cap Levy - $8 (new members only 5-15yrs)

Building Fund Levy - $5 pp or $20 per family (no limit)

If a member starts as an Associate and starts training for an Award (e.g. Surf Rescue Certificate, Bronze Medallion, First Aid Certificate) there could be extra costs towards any administration, certificates/medallions and training manuals.

Children must have turned 5 yrs of age by 30 Sep 2009 to be eligible for registration.  A parent or guardian must remain on the beach at all times for children under 16 yrs of age and must be a financial member (e.g. an Associate). 

One form per person ie 1 for everyone in the family joining. Each form must be filled out and signed including the 2nd page (for insurance purposes). Anyone under 18yrs of age must also be signed at Point 8 "Declaration" by a parent or legal guardian and on the 2nd page.

Should you wish to join, just download the Registration Form and the Medical/Media Form in the "Documents" section and bring down to the Beach or send in the mail.
